Processing clients weekly/monthly payrolls – calculating pay deductions. Issuing reports, payslips – paper, email, portal.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Processing clients weekly/monthly payrolls – calculating pay deductions.
Issuing reports, payslips – paper, email, portal.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Maintaining payroll information – starters/leavers, PAYE codes, Sick Pay, Maternity Pay etc. Entering pay details, processing payslips
reports, sending to client.
2. Assessing employees for Auto Enrollment. Processing contributions and uploading to pension scheme.
3. Informing client of employees net pay, the PAYE and NIC due.
OTHER DUTIES
1. Office administration: filing of correspondence etc.; recording and dispatching all outgoing mail; recording all incoming mail; answering telephone and passing on messages, maintaining (including ordering) of stationery.

Knowledge of SAGE Payroll software would be ideal but training will be provided
Within a small team you will be responsible for providing accurate
timely payroll services for a number of clients varying in pay frequencies and size of business.
PART TIME
2 / 3 DAYS P/WEEK (18 hours)
Plus Holiday cover
PAY:
BASED ON EXPERIENCE – Equivalent to £22,000 to £23,000 per annum
